Monique Frederick is an investor, operator, and capital strategist building a diversified platform across real estate, business funding, and technology. With over a decade of experience in Fortune 50 environments in New York City, she developed deep expertise in data analytics, systems, and strategic decision-making at scale. Holding an M.S. in Business Analytics and an M.A. in Industrial Psychology, Monique brings a unique edge—combining human behavior, financial insight, and data-driven execution to identify and scale high-performing opportunities.
Her real estate portfolio spans multifamily, commercial, residential, and fix-and-flip projects, with a focus on value creation through strategic acquisitions and operational improvements.
Beyond investing, Monique provides access to capital solutions for both commercial and residential real estate projects, facilitating funding up to $5M. She also works with businesses on capital positioning and growth strategies, including preparing companies for public markets.
She is the founder of Cultural Multifamily Group, a firm focused on acquiring and repositioning Class B+ and C+ multifamily assets in high-growth markets while educating and empowering investors to participate in wealth-building opportunities.
In parallel, Monique is building an AI-driven solutions company focused on deploying automation and AI agents to help businesses streamline operations, increase efficiency, and scale revenue.

Abdul’s journey led him through various industries, which eventually led him into real estate, where he uncovered his true calling: wholesaling, structuring major deals, and mastering funding and credit strategies. These skills didn’t just build his own success, they became tools to help others access capital, grow businesses, and scale investments. Abdul manages properties, and helps others improve their cash flow through similar real-estate deals along with projects in Dubai.
