Born and raised in Venezuela until the age of 14, I built my professional career in New York City, navigating the fast-paced world of Fortune 50 companies for over a decade, where I mastered the art of data-driven decision-making. Beyond the corporate world, I’ve also spent time helping people improve their credit and secure corporate funding, reinforcing my passion for financial empowerment. But real estate has always been my true calling. As an owner of both a commercial property and a duplex, I’ve experienced firsthand the power of leveraging assets to build wealth—a lesson that reshaped my approach to financial growth.

That’s why I founded Cultural Multi Family Group—a firm dedicated to protecting and growing investor capital through strategic multifamily real estate acquisitions. We focus on Class B & C+ properties in high-demand and emerging markets, unlocking value through smart investments, data-backed decisions, and a deep respect for culture, trust, and community.

At 21, I left my home in Dubai and moved to the United States to pursue my education in International Business. Coming from a family deeply rooted in real estate, I was driven to build something bigger—something that wouldn’t just create opportunities for myself but for others looking to grow generational wealth.


My journey took me through diverse industries, from working in the medical field to building a career in physical therapy. But my entrepreneurial spirit always pushed me to think beyond the traditional path. That drive led me to real estate, where I found my true passion—wholesaling, structuring major deals, and mastering the art of funding and credit enhancement. These experiences not only sharpened my financial expertise but also fueled my mission to help others scale their businesses and secure capital.

Recognizing the power of collaboration, Monique, our team of advisors, and I joined forces to launch Cultural Multifamily—a platform designed to unite like-minded individuals from diverse backgrounds in creating wealth-building opportunities. Travis Kuykendall is a Marine Corps combat veteran and former squad leader who led teams through the unforgiving realities of war. Built on discipline, resilience, and strategic problem-solving under extreme conditions, his leadership principles seamlessly translate into the construction industry.

As the owner of Convoy Transfer Inc., Travis has overseen high-stakes commercial and residential projects, including the remodeling of the historic Don Cesar in Saint Pete, multiple Florida Marriotts, large-scale commercial warehouses, and complex fire and mold restoration operations. His ability to adapt, lead from the front, and execute with precision ensures that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Specializing in custom woodwork, cabinetry, painting, and certified epoxy flooring, Travis brings a hands-on, mission-focused approach to project organization and craftsmanship. Whether leading teams in combat or on the job site, his commitment to excellence remains the same—delivering results with integrity, precision, and an unwavering work ethic.
